Refund Policy

At Nue Foods, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds and returns for both in-store and online purchases. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

1. General Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on most non-perishable products subject to the following conditions:

The return is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

You provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, and is in a resalable condition.

2. Perishable Goods (Fresh Meat, Fish, Fresh Produce)

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on perishable goods if you simply change your mind.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of a perishable item, or if it is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us immediately.

Action Required: You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

Proof: Please provide your proof of purchase and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a full refund for the item or a replacement, at our discretion.

3. Online Order Cancellations & Returns

This section applies to orders placed through our website.

Non-Perishable Goods:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any non-perishable item within 14 days of receiving it.

To Cancel: Please notify us of your decision by email at nueinnovations@gmail.com.

Returning the Goods: You must return the item(s) to us at your own expense within 14 days of your cancellation notice. The items must be in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.

Refund: Once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition, we will issue a full refund for the product(s) to your original payment method. Please note, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Perishable Goods:

The right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fresh meat, fish, or other fresh produce ordered online unless they are of unsatisfactory quality (as detailed in Section 2).

4. How to Return an Item

In-Store: You can return eligible products directly to our store at 282 High Street, EN3 4HF, Enfield, England, along with your proof of purchase.

By Post (Online Orders): For eligible online returns, please securely package the item and send it to the address above. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
